  3. I love your new blog site! I am trained as an ornithologist, and I am so thankful that others are enjoying the marvels of God’s creation in the avian world. Keep up the good work!

If you’re ever interested, I taught as a science specialist (K – 12) in my home state of Kansas. I have quite a few resources (especially on birds). If you have a dropbox or something, I would be happy to share with you what I can.

    • Thank you for your kind offer Nathan! We would love to have some of your educated comments on the boys posts of what they’re learning each week. I thought after spending a year studying astronomy that birds would be a bit of a let down. But it hasn’t been at all! From sparrows to super-novas the whole universe just cries out the glory of God!

  6. Dad here! You’re right, Julie. The stars and celestial bodies (the focus of our studies last year) have nothing on the universe of wonders we are learning about this year regarding birds. I’m convinced we’ll find every aspect of God’s creation awe-inspiring the deeper we dig! Keep up the great work with our boys. I love you.
